Come Get Your Christmas Tree in Bowie

Numerous trees available at variety of prices, but don't wait.

Bowie offers plenty of trees at multiple locations for a variety of prices. But vendors warn not to wait because the trees are starting to go fast. Below are Christmas tree lots in Bowie and nearby.

Daily, 9 a.m. to dark
This is the only place in the Bowie to find live trees. A variety of tree types are here, all costing $120. The trees are 18 to 20 feet tall.

Bowie Plaza Christmas Tree Lot
At the main entrance to Bowie Plaza, intersection of Route 197 and Old Chapel Forge Road
Weekends, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; weekdays 1 to 9 p.m.
Firs are $49.99, and all other trees on the lot are $29.99

Bowie Lions Club Tree Lot
At the intersection of Belair Drive and Route 450, across the street from the public library
Weekends, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; weekdays, 1 to 9 p.m.
Wide-ranging prices, depending upon the type and size of the tree. Sales go to help fund the club’s numerous charitable operations which help the financially disadvantaged.

Bowie Volunteer Fire Department, Station 39 (Free State)
15454 Annapolis Rd.
Weekends, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; weekdays, 5 to 9 p.m.
Sales at both stations support station activities and upkeep.
Small trees are $50 and large trees are $60.

Bowie Volunteer Fire Department, Station 43 (Mitchellville)
164408 Pointer Ridge Dr.
Weekends, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; weekdays, 5 to 9 p.m.
All trees are $45.
