Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce Board Planning Day

Today the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) President, Len Lucchi, Executive Director, Kelly Pierce, Officers and the Board of Directors met from 8:30AM -1:30PM in the Kenhill Center. M. H. Jim Estepp, the president and CEO of the Greater Prince George's Business Roundtable, was our speaker. A delicious lunch included baked beans, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, BBQ, and wings, provided by one of our new members, Down to Mama's Backyard BBQ.

This meeting was the annual planning day and consists mostly of brainstorming on how to grow and retain members. Jeff Franklin, Treasurer, discussed the year-end financial statements and the 2013 budget.
