Olive Grove Restaurant & Lounge Opening In Bowie
The Baltimore-based restaurant famous for its crab cakes is opening up shop in Hilltop Plaza.
As if one soon-to-open new restaurant in Bowie weren't exiting enough, a second Maryland-based restaurant is renovating space in Hilltop Plaza, this one with a more regional flavor.
Olive Grove Restaurant & Lounge, which currently has a Linthicum location, is opening up it's second restaurant in the former Outback Steakhouse building.
According to its website, Olive Grove has been serving Maryland cuisine in Baltimore for 19 years. They bill their crab cakes as Maryland's best, voted best in Baltimore Magazine in 2009, Zagat Rated in 2013, MSNBC Bites Today Show in 2011. You can even order Olive Grove's famous crab cakes online and have them shipped around the country.
In addition to crab cakes, Olive Grove offers a variety of seafood dishes as well as steak, chicken pasta, sandwiches for lunch and other fare. Prices vary, but dinner entrees run about $25-$30 on average.
