Magazine Names 2 Bowie Firms Among Fastest-Growing US Companies

A facility firm and a government services company made the Inc. Magazine list.

Two Bowie businesses made a magazine's 2013 list of the nation's 5,000 fastest growing companies, county officials announced Friday.

In all, 14 Prince George's County businesses made the list from Inc. Magazine. Facility management firm Crockett Facilities Services ranked at No. 3,325, while government service provider INNOVIM was not that far behind at No. 3,372.

“This recognition is a sign that the County is a great place for companies to locate and expand their businesses,” Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker III said in a release. "Our government is committed to expanding the county’s commercial tax base, by focusing on growing businesses like these."

“We have grown by developing trusted relationships with our customers and serving their needs by ensuring comfortable and safe office environments, conserving energy, and reducing operating costs—so they can increase their return on investment," Crockett vice president and co-owner Mark Crockett said in a release from that company. "We will continue to offer a differentiated level of service along with valuable building management tools for even more effective building control.”
