Health Clubs Now Permitted in Bowie Town Center
A bill passed by the Prince George's County Council last week has opened up new leasing opportunities in the local shopping destination.
More health clubs and spas may be heading to Bowie thanks to a bill passed by the Prince George’s County Council last week.
CB-110-2012—Health clubs in the M-A-C (Major Activity Center) Zone—allows for expanding leasing opportunities in certain areas, including the Bowie Town Center. The bill was passed by the County Council unanimously and goes into effect in the new year.
