Spring Real Estate Market Has Arrived

Well look at this! First and foremost, we would like to comment on the spring market! WOW! We have noticed a significant increase in market activity.  Not only are the buyers out, but this spring has started off with a MAJOR increase in listing appointments, which means sellers are actually considering selling!! I know you may have forgotten what a "happy home owner" (as we like to call it) is, but its true, they do still exist, and for the first time in several years we have experienced an increase in people willing to accept the current price and sell their home in order to move, or even to buy a bigger better house that is much cheaper than ever before!! 

Now, sellers are much more realistic, and realize if they are breaking even, they are some of the lucky and if they make a profit they should be ecstatic.  Those happy home owners are finally peeking their heads out from under their rock and are willing to swallow what their home is now worth in order to purchase a bigger better home for cheap.
