Residents and friends of Bowie are invited to honor those servicemen and women who have died for our country by attending and/or participating in the 2011 Memorial Day Parade. The parade will begin at the Bowie High School Annex (3021 Belair Drive) and continue toward Annapolis Road, turning right onto Sussex Lane, making another right onto Stonybrook Drive and ending with a left turn onto Sage Lane. There will be a concert afterward featuring Beatles cover group The Back Pages Band on the grass at Sussex Lane. Bring an American flag or wear red, white and blue to show your American pride!
