5. NATIONAL CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL
Where/When: Saturday, March 26 – April 10, National Mall
Why Go: This is the last weekend of the festival – that means time for the PARADE! Who doesn’t love a Parade? ** Please check Festival site for updates as a government shutdown might spoil the fun.**
