WHY GO: It’s the county fair! Wholesome family fun at this annual event!
PRICING: Ages 12 and up: $6; Ages 6-11: $ 5; Ages 5 and under: Free. SPECIAL: Sunday, Sept. 11 is "Military Appreciation Day." All active duty military and their families will be admitted to the fair for FREE.

WHY GO: Follow the route Lincoln assassin John Wilkes Booth took from the Ford’s Theatre all the way into Virginia. Tour leaves from Mary Surratt’s house in Clinton, Maryland.
