South River Baseball Program

All,

The Spring season is now in our rear view mirror.  WOW, WHAT A SEASON!!!  South River Seahawk Baseball had its’ most success season ever this Spring.  The Program claimed 9 tournament titles which has to be some kind of a record and too many semi final appearances to count.  We can boast of a Travel League Champion, Travel League Tournament Champion, and multiple local and regional tournament championships including 2 at “Sports at the Beach” on the final day of the season.  The coaches, players and support staff should all be very proud of their accomplishments.  HOW EXCITING!!!

Our facilities have come a long way this season.  It would be hard to find a Program with nicer fields than South River Seahawk Baseball and conditions will continue to improve on the tremendous progress we have already made.  Thanks to all the volunteers that have made this possible.  Your efforts have not been overlooked.  The batting cages at Loch Haven Park and Riva Park have been a big HIT.  We have more gear to enhance the hitting experience within them on the way.

FALL BALL, FALL BALL, FALL BALL is the answer.  The question is, ”What can I do to stay on top of my game and/or learn a new position and prepare for the 2014 season?”.
