There are liter ally hundreds of craft beers being brewed today\, each with its own dist inctive characteristics. \;Tasting and comparing brews has become an exciting activity of beer enthusiast. \;This is a festival whose ti me has come\, there is no other event like it in Annapolis.&rdquo\; Mr. Barthold explains\, &ldquo\;The Annapolis Craft Beer and Music Festival combined the rare experience of sampling over 60 craft beers while liste ning to eight local popular bands...selecting from a menu of food items ranging from crab cakes to knockwurst and shopping at over 60 artisan ex hibits.&rdquo\;\nLocal and regional bands will perform on two stages &nd ash\; classic rock to island music. The Lager Stage includes Brothers &a mp\; Sisters\, Big Money\, \;The Roadhouse Clams\, Classic Case. Per formers on The Pilsner Stage include Lilly &\; Mudd\, Runaway Train\, Bermuda Blue and The Dirty Names. \;\n \;\nFordham Brewing Comp any\, Dominion Brewing Company\, Oskar Blues Brewery\, Union Craft Brewi ng\, Crispen Hard Cider\, Eastern Shore Brewing\, Lagunitas Brewing Comp any\, Heavy Seas\, Boulevard Brewing Company\, Port City Brewing Company \, Yards Brewing Company\, Flying Dog Brewery and New Belgium Brewing Co mpany - just a partial list of the breweries that attendees will sample. \n \;\nVIP and General Admission tickets are available for purchase online. VIP tickets are $40.00 which includes early admission to the Fes tival beginning at 12:00 Noon. VIP ticket holders will receive entrance an hour before the general public to partake in private beer tasting wit h 10 beer tokens and free admission to educational seminars. General adm ission tickets are $30.00 and include admission at 1:00 pm with 5 beer t okens. Additional beer tokens will be sold at the event for $1.00 each f or a 4 oz. pour.
