Project Management Life Cycle
A PMP Certified instructor will teach you how to identify with the life cycle of a project and the steps and variables of the project management process. Course activities will cover defining the project scope, writing a statement of work, developing a work breakdown structure, describing schedule development, developing critical path, using mathematical analysis techniques, and assigning resources to tasks.
