The Competition topic is “Simplify, simplify, simplify” and
the judge is Don Dement. The idea is to zoom, or crop, or change your vantage
point, or use graduated tonalities, etc., in order to de-clutter your image by
eliminating anything that unnecessarily distracts from your subject, perhaps
even to the extreme of being simplistic or minimalistic. All are
welcome, but come early. The competition
starts at 7:30 pm at the All Saints Lutheran Church, 16510 Mount Oak Road,

More About All Saints Lutheran Church
The congregation at All Saints Lutheran Church is engaged in the local and global community. The church offers two adult choirs, a Tuesday Bible study group and youth programs for middle and high schoolers. The church is also a key partner in the Bowie Food Pantry, and has sent service missions to build a school in Africa and help rebuild Biloxi after Hurricane Katrina. According to Pastor Gary Rhinesmith, the supportive relationships within the congregation make the All Saints community stand out.
