The Bowie Police Department says it is possible to make a difference in the life of a child. Once again, the department is a major sponsor of the Toys 4 Tots program.
If you want to help an underprivileged child have a Merry Christmas, buy some extra gifts while you're holiday shopping. Don't wrap the extras.
