Prince George’s County police officers are looking for a man who robbed a SunTrust Bank in Upper Marlboro this week.

According to a police press release, the man walked into the bank at the 5700 block of Crain Highway at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday and waited in line posing as a customer. Then, the man approached the teller window and passed a note stating he had a bomb and he wanted money.

Police said the bank teller, in fear, complied with the suspect’s demands and gave the man an undisclosed amount of money. The man ran out of the bank in an unknown direction, according to police.

The suspect is described as a black man between 37-40 years old, between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-11 and weighing 150-160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black knit hat, dark sunglasses, a black leather coat, black pants and black gloves.
