The next round of FOX's The X Factor airs Wednesday at 8 p.m., and Bowie native Marcus Canty has made it down to the last seven performers.
Canty has a lot of supporters, his personal Twitter account has amassed more than 40,000 followers and retweet messages from followers all over the country, and internationally, showing their support for the 20-year-old Bowie resident.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, one of the judges, L.A. Ried, has promised Canty that if he wins the competition, he will buy him a 2012 Bentley, which on average goes for about $200,000.

Melanie shuts it down every week, I think she will win and Josh Krajcik will finish in 2nd.

Rachel all the way!! shes amazing and is already a super star!!!! but in my opinion i dont believe that Astro belongs on this show...he does not contain the X Factor!
