The City of Bowie held its 43rd annual Heritage Day on Sunday at the Belair Stables and Mansion. Some 200 visitors took part in this year's event, riding ponies, churning butter, making crafts and listening to live bluegrass music.

Some 200 visitors took part in this year's event, riding ponies, churning butter, making crafts, listening to live bluegrass music and, most importantly, learning about those who lived at the stables and mansion in colonial days.
