Food Recall: Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original, Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size
Two Kellogg's cereals are being recalled because they may contain bits of metal.
Two Kellogg's cereals are being recalled for fear that bits of metal from a faulty manufacturing part may have ended up in the products, the Food and Drug Adminstration announced.
If you purchased Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size with the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the "Best If Used Before" date, throw them out.
If you have one of the affected products or have questions, contact Kelloggs via their website, Kelloggs.com or call 1-800-962-1413 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

We eat these also.... But I dont save the boxes. So, we may have consumed metal with our breakfast? I knew I felt too full....

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - October 8, 2012 - We have initiated a voluntary recall due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh from a faulty manufacturing part. Recalled products include only Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size with the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the Best If Used Before date.
Consumers with affected product or who have questions should contact us using the Contact Us feature on Kelloggs.com or call 800-962-1413 from 8 am to 6 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
