Crofton, MD (January 3, 2013) – Bonefish Grill is partnering with Opportunity Builders, Inc. as part of its Grand Opening festivities on Saturday, January 19, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. with a special Charity Night to benefit the organization. Supporters will enjoy fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails, and spectacular ambiance and music— all for a great cause— at the restaurant’s newest location at 2381 Brandermill Blvd. at the Waugh Chapel Towne Center in Crofton.

“Being active participants in the Crofton community is very important to us,” said Dan Long, managing partner of the new Bonefish Grill location, which will open its doors to the public on Monday, January 21. “By partnering with Opportunity Builders, Inc., we’ve taken a crucial step toward building a foundation of goodwill and fostering local relationships, which we hope to continue long after we open our doors.”

Guests attending the Charity Night will be able to sample all of the culinary delights served up at Bonefish Grill, including Mussels Josephine, Wagyu Beef and Ginger Dumplings, Fontina Chop, Grilled Salmon topped with Warm Mango Salsa, Lily’s Chicken, Ahi Tuna Sashimi and their signature appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp. Libations will include specialty martinis and cocktails, and samplings from the restaurant’s adventurous wine list.

The Crofton restaurant features a spacious dining room with an energetic bar area, well known for its community tables and lively music. The interior’s sleek design features beautiful golden hardwood and hand-blown glass amber lamps throughout the restaurant.  An attractive array of three-dimensional art, ranging from large-scale metal sculptures of mangroves and fishing scenes to a large mystical fish rubbing, enhances the ambience felt throughout the restaurant.

Dinner is served seven days a week:  from 4 – 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 4 – 11:30 p.m. Friday, 2 – 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday.  And now on Sundays, Bonefish Grill will be serving a delectable brunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. featuring favorite breakfast dishes like omelets, French Toast served with freshly whipped cream, and chocolate croissants.
