Bowie Animal Control picked up a black and tan German shepherd, about three years old, on Friday afternoon after he followed a student home from Bowie High School.

- Dog is male and wearing a black nylon collar, but has no tags and no microchip.
- Dog is being transported to the Prince George's County Animal Services Facility located at 3750 Brown Station Rd. in Upper Marlboro.
